Who we are
Hello! And welcome to Feel the Part CIC, we are a social enterprise. First of its kind in Staffordshire providing unique and authentic support centred around young people’s personal transformation, self-worth, aspirations, and confidence. We believe progress begins when young people recognise and appreciate themselves.
Meet The Team
Established by Usman and Leeroy, two friends with a passion to help young people Feel the Part.
Together, with over 20 years’ experience of supporting young people with challenging needs, including those on the cusp of crime and exclusion from society. This experience ranges from strategic partnerships, health interventions, youth and community development work, mentoring, barbering, music, and networking – ultimately being on a ‘level’ with young people, gaining their respect and understanding to enable progress.
We also have a dedicated team of likeminded individuals with specialist skills in youth, community, employment, and mental wellbeing. Our projects and programmes are also supported by local youths and volunteers. We all work together, as a unit, to champion progress for young people in Staffordshire.

Work experience
We offer quality work experience placements for young people who are interested in gaining new skills and making a difference.
Our work experience programme is catered for young people aged between 15 -19 who are interested in barbering, mental wellbeing, youth & community work and music production.
